What we collect

• ZIP code you enter. It is used in your browser to check whether you are in our service area and is stored only in your browser's local storage so you do not have to re-enter it. You can clear it with the "Change ZIP" link or by clearing site data.
• Anonymous usage events. When you use our tools or tap a call button, our own server records the page, the event, your state/region group, the first three digits of a ZIP you entered, device type (phone or computer), and the site you came from. We do not store your IP address, name, email or phone number in this log.
• Standard server logs. Our host may keep routine web-server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operations.

Phone calls

When you tap or dial the number on our site, your call is handled by third-party telephone and call-tracking systems and answered by a walk-in tub company. Calls may be recorded, and the company that answers may collect your phone number and the information you give. Its own privacy practices apply to that call. We may receive call details such as time, duration and area code to confirm the call took place.

What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking on this site. We do not collect health information.

Your choices

Email contact@americanbathcenter.com to ask what we hold or to request deletion of anything tied to you. Residents of some states have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13.
